CyberIAM is a fast growing, highly reputable Cyber Security Company who specialise in Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management. At CyberIAM we work with some of the largest organisations in the world ranging from Global Banks, Law Enforcement, Retail, Insurance, Telecoms, Transport, Education and Manufacturing.

We are currently seeking experienced ServiceNow Development experts in the market to join our fast-growing company working on high level detailed implementations in the IAM and PAM space.

Functions within the role

• Requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionalities
• Development of applications to satisfy the client’s needs
• Collaborate with other developers and BA’s in an Agile methodology.
• Understand back end configurations of ServiceNow as a product
• Support testing, configuration, change and release management of ServiceNow as a product
• Able to refactor ServiceNow software customisations during ServiceNow major updates and innovations.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations with confidence and understanding of the project team you are working with.

Technical requirements

• 5+ years of development experience
• 3+ years ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow technology with configurations and Development.
• Hands on experience with implementations of ServiceNow as a product into Financial/Banking organisations would be very beneficial in this role.
• Experience creating dashboards, customised forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Confident working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL.
• Able develop and manage Custom applications.
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Problem solving within ServiceNow as product.
• Experience designing and developing solutions with PaaS solutions 
• Attention to detail with each step of the implementation of ServiceNow, advising on the best practices within the implementation and guiding the project to meet all the requirements of both the client and the business.
