CyberIAM is a fast growing, highly reputable Cyber Security Company who specialise in Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management. At CyberIAM we work with some of the largest organisations in the world ranging from Global Banks, Law Enforcement, Retail, Insurance, Telecoms, Transport, Education and Manufacturing.

The Director of Professional Services is a pivotal role within the organisation dealing with and managing our customer and project portfolio ensuring that we deliver first class customer satisfaction within budget restrictions.  The role needs an exceptional leader with fantastic organisational skills to deal with our fast-paced and evolving project landscape. This role reports to the CEO and will need to be able to present data and information to make informed and data driven decisions.   Working alongside the Resource Director you will allocate resources to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of the professional services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of projects including delivery dates, milestones, finance, and resource
• Manage
• Provide customer updates and information regarding projects to ensure that first class service is delivered
• Report on project performance and issues to the executive
• Manage project leads to ensure project information is accurate and on time and escalations are reported
• Manage client relationships and expectations and deal with escalations from a business and technical perspective
• Effective and efficient utilisation of the professional services team

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiations skills
• Stakeholder management
• Able to collaborate with international teams and remote workers
• Experience of working within Professional Services at a senior level
• Experience in implementing IAM and PAM technologies
• Ability to coach and mentor the professional services team
• Ability to understand and adapt to new technologies
