Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Expert to join our team. As an Azure Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in designing, implementing, and managing their Azure infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in Azure services, architecture, and best practices to deliver effective solutions that align with clients’ business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Azure services.
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and security policies.
- Assist in migrating on-premises applications and workloads to Azure, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Configure and optimize Azure services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Active Directory, to meet clients’ performance and security needs.
- Implement and manage Azure networking components, including VPN gateways, load balancers, and traffic routing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices by implementing appropriate Azure security features, including Azure Security Center, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure, services, and connectivity.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in adopting Azure services, conducting training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Azure technologies and certifications, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years as an Azure Consultant or Azure Architect, with a track record of successful Azure implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including but not limited to Azure AD, PIM, Intune, Azure governance and Entra highly favourable
- Good understanding of the tools that make up the Azure Entra offering preferred.
- Strong understanding of Azure architecture, including resource management, ARM templates
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-300, AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies or AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions, are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess client requirements and propose effective Azure solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams effectively.
