Role

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team to help take the Finance function to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finances of entities across different regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to join a dynamic global company and wanting to get exposure to the critical financial operations of a fast-growing business.

• Daily Bank entries and allocating against respective debtor, supplier, and G/L ledgers.
• Supplier invoice receipting and processing – account reconciliations and resolving queries prior to payment runs.
• Assist Finance manager with weekly payment runs compilation.
• Employee expense reimbursements – interrogating & processing employee “out of pocket expense” claims in line with business policy.
• Month End Journal adjustments
• Month-end Inter-company loan reconciliations.
• Ad hoc tasks such as analysis of revenue and margins per customer and product.
• Potential finance project tasks

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail (essential).
• Displays and takes initiative with tasks – “can do” attitude!
• Honesty and integrity are key values required in the role.
• You’re currently studying towards Degree in Accounting
• Interest in SaaS platforms and willingness to learn.
