About this role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our highly skilled team in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers in the identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) space, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the IAM and PAM space
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute account plans that include both short-term and long-term goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IAM and PAM space
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Provide input to product development based on customer needs and market trends
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on industry trends and meet potential customers
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
About you and your background
- At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the IAM and PAM space
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working and selling IAM/PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Beyond Trust, SailPoint, Ping, Okta, etc. would be very beneficial to this role
- Experience selling into FTSE 100 and extremely large multinational companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
