DORA Whitepaper

The DORA regulation, (Digital Operational Resilience Act), is a piece of legislation passed by the European Union to strengthen the resilience of the financial sector against digital risks. The regulation will apply as of January 17th, 2025, so it is imperative for financial entities such as banks, insurance companies, and investment firms, to familiarise themselves with the new rules as soon as possible to help achieve compliance as soon as possible.
