2023: The Year in Identity

Throughout 2023, we have witnessed extremely exciting changes within the IAM space.

The market has been shifting towards consolidated solution providers, combining their software solutions, their knowledge and the best of their workforces, in hopes of providing the best service possible and becoming the single identity platform of choice.

At CyberIAM, we have been excitedly watching the competition unfold whilst continuing to work with and support our esteemed and respected world-class vendor partners. This year, our vendor partners have been making great strides, such as our IGA vendor partner, SailPoint, acquiring SecZetta, a leading provider of third-party identity risk solutions, to provide comprehensive identity security for non-employee identities. With SecZetta, SailPoint have been able to expand their capabilities to help companies gain better visibility into all types of identities all from a single, market-leading identity security platform. More industry leading partners of ours, ForgeRock and Ping Identity, came together this year to join forces after Thoma Bravo announced their acquisition of the former, with Ping Identity’s Founder and CEO confirmed to lead the newly combined company.

Whilst vendors from around the globe compete to become number one for identity access needs, we will continue to be the delivery partner of choice across any vendor on any platform, bringing everything together and simplifying your IAM and PAM solutions so that you don’t have to. During 2023, we announced our Managed Identity Services Platform (MISP), the cost-effective offering of services, tailored to the size and needs of your environment, providing implementation of access management solutions to protect your identities as well as the management of the software after implementation. Along with the license sale of the software, CyberIAM’s MISP provides a clear view of your cybersecurity landscape and comes with a variety of add-ons for you to customise your solution to suit your business needs. We also launched our very own software, ServiceIAM, our multi-tenant cloud platform which enables CyberIAM to deliver the highest quality Managed Services which pertain to security standards, detection of problems and tracking of issues to fix them as quickly as possible.
